Hunan association of
industry and commerce

Hunan association of industry and commerce was founded in 1954 in Changsha. The Cultural Revolution stops it. It was resumed in 1978. Recently, there is 137 association of industry and commerce organizaion over the county level in the province, and 247-town association of industry and commerce branch, the branch of the same industry, and chamber of commerce of the industry. The total member of the province is 74170. There are 13 presidents of the association, 66 members of the standing committee and 156 exciting members. The nowadays president is Fangyushang, and the secretary of the Party committee is Zhuzhengji.
　　The provincial association of industry and commerce is under the leadership of the Party. It is a folk group on the basis of united front, and also having the quality of economy. It is the assistant of the government to in charge of the non-national owned economy and it is the bridge of connecting the non-national owned economy of the provincial committee and government. It main tasks are participate and discuss the political affairs, participate in the government affairs and decide of economy and big social decisions. It plays the role of supervising, and fulfils the recommendation of the political arrangement for the representative of non-national owned economy. Improve the quality of the member, and develop the leading group. Maintain the legal right for the members and supply management, law, accounting, audit services for the members. Strengthen the connection with outside association of industry and commerce. Help to attract capital, technology, and tenanted persons. Develop the assessment of title in the non-national economy system, and the supervising of the quality product, arbitrate of the economy and other personal affairs.
　　 After the founding of association of industry and commerce, it always serves for the society. It takes nation as its own responsibility and make great contribution on participating and discussing the political affairs, making education of political thinking, developing produce, flourishing the economy, and promoting the development of non national owned economy of the whole province.
